I’m RayLynn Hall, a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Sonflower Serenity Counseling. I specialize in supporting women navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, postpartum challenges, ADHD, domestic violence, major life transitions, and the weight of generational patterns. My work centers on helping women reclaim their voice, rebuild their confidence, and step into emotional and personal wholeness.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s in Psychology/Law & Society from the University of California, Riverside. I am trained in EMDR, C‑DBT, and am a Certified ADHD Therapist. I am also a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate, which equips me to support survivors with trauma‑informed care, safety‑focused interventions, and a deep understanding of relational dynamics. These specialties allow me to integrate evidence‑based modalities with a warm, collaborative, and individualized approach tailored to the unique experiences of women.
I have extensive experience supporting:
• Postpartum depression and anxiety
• Trauma, abuse, and generational wounds
• Domestic violence and relational trauma
• Women navigating major life transitions (career changes, motherhood, identity shifts, relationship changes, spiritual or personal growth)
• ADHD in women
• Relationship and communication challenges
• Identity loss, burnout, and emotional exhaustion
For clients who desire it, I am comfortable incorporating faith‑related themes into the therapeutic process in a way that feels supportive and aligned with their personal beliefs. My role is to honor each woman’s lived experience while maintaining clear clinical boundaries and a grounded, judgment‑free space.
Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating postpartum shifts, moving through a major life transition, or rebuilding your sense of self, my goal is to offer a safe, steady environment where you can breathe, heal, and grow.
